I had a quick phone screening with a manager first, then about a week later I had a longer panel interview. The interviews themselves were not tough and I actually enjoyed talking with them, but the whole process was quite frustrating. During the second interview they mentioned they needed to hire someone quickly and that I'd hear back soon. It's been a month since then, and I've emailed them a few times with no response. Six weeks post-interview, they finally let me know they chose another candidate. Basically, they were really hard to get in touch with after the interview, even though they said they'd stay in touch.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for a paid internship in NYC. HR called me about the role, asking some preliminary questions about my application and qualifications. Then, the Senior Field Officer called me for an interview the following week. She asked questions about a different position than the one I applied for. I had prepared based on my original application, so I was confused and unprepared for her questions. It's important to confirm the interview's focus with HR, as they might suggest you for a different role than the one you applied for.

Applied online by emailing my cover letter and resume. Got a confirmation email with a link to a pre-filled profile, which was neat. HR contacted me about salary and then I had a short phone interview. Went in for an interview with HR and the hiring manager. Later, I had another interview where I met with potential co-workers.

First there was a phone interview, then I went to the company HQ for a 1:1 meeting. It was a really nice experience. The hiring manager did a good job explaining the organization and what the job would entail.
