Intern
I had a quick google meet call with an HR intern at NSTEM. It was a one-on-one chat where they asked me some behavioral questions like how I handle deadlines, and what I'd do if I realized a project might not be finished on time. There were also some other easy questions.
- How do you manage deadlines?
- What would be your course of action if you realized midway through a project that you might not finish it on schedule?
- Could you share a bit about yourself?
Intern
The interview was online and lasted about 30 minutes. It focused mainly on me and my background. They also asked for three words to describe me. Overall, it felt like an easy interview.
- What are your reasons for wanting to join our company?
- Can you provide three words that describe you?
Intern
Got an interview invite two weeks after I applied. The interview was kinda weird, the interviewer was unprofessional - didn't turn on her camera, mumbled, didn't even say hi, and just asked questions without any feedback. Got a rejection email three days later.
- What motivated your application for this internship?
- Describe your methods for managing deadlines.
