I applied online, and then got an email for a telephonic interview about a month later. It was about 30 minutes long. It was more conversational and pleasant, with standard interview questions. I got a conditional job offer about two weeks after that.

The interview was really conversational and friendly, not high-pressure at all. The interviewer seemed to think I was a good fit for their program and was encouraging about my chances. They said I'd hear back from HR within two weeks, but it's been four months with no response, even after I tried contacting the recruiter. I'm surprised they brought me all the way to Fort Meade for an interview and then ghosted me, especially since I thought it went well. I also never got reimbursed for my travel gas expenses. Still unsure if I'll ever hear back.

The recruiter was really nice and started by telling me about the Agency for about 15 minutes. Then she asked me some standard questions. The whole thing took a bit over 45 minutes.
