The interview process involved a phone screen, some cognitive testing, and in-person interviews, followed by security processing. Overall, it was a positive experience initially; I enjoyed meeting the people and getting a glimpse into a significant agency. However, the very long security processing process significantly diminished my interest in working there, though I recognize its necessity. Having to undergo that every five years would be quite a burden.
