This was a pretty long interview process, and honestly, they didn't seem to appreciate the significant amount of time applicants put in. The employees I first talked to were decent, though. It's just not really worth the effort to get through it all, so I withdrew my application.

I had to take a Pearson exam, then I got a call for a virtual interview. I didn't proceed because I got another offer, but the exam was thorough and fair. It required going to an in-person testing center, which felt a bit much, but it wasn't a big issue.

You start with a Pearson test, which checks your basic logic, coding, math, and statistics knowledge. After that, there are three interview rounds that happen back to back, and then you get an offer. Just a heads up, there's a pretty long wait between stages, so you'll need to be patient. I felt pretty good about the three rounds though. Unfortunately, it was a few months after my offer before I actually started the job.
