First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at National Seating & Mobility.
Consultant
I first talked to the Director, then had an in-person interview. After that, I met with the GM and VP, and then the whole team. It was a great interview process, and I got to meet everyone and learn about their roles at the company.

Assistive Technology Professional
Had a chat with HR and then a director. We talked about my interest in Assistive Technology and wheelchairs. It was pretty relaxed, but nothing came of it since there are no openings right now. Everyone was super nice though.

Business Analyst
I had 3 interviews for this role, one of them was in person. The final interview was in person and I met with a panel of people, including my potential direct manager and their manager. They took me to lunch before they called me back to let me know that they were officially offering me the position.
- What is your greatest strength.
Service Coordinator
I did 4 phone interviews for the Service Coordinator position. First was with HR where we talked salary requirements, I told them what I currently make. Then I talked to a regional supervisor about the area I would cover and job specifics. I was under the impression the job was in my current state. My 3rd interview was a 'peer interview' to see if my personality fit the role, which all 3 went well. About a week later, I got an email from someone new asking to set up an interview, which was weird because it felt like starting over. I asked if it was for the same job and they said yes, but for a different state. Both were remote. The 4th interview also went well. A week after that HR called with an offer, but it was for $4 less per hour than I'm currently making. It felt insulting after 4 interviews. I said no to the pay cut and they emailed the next day saying they wouldn't negotiate. It was disappointing to go through 4 interviews over a month just to find out about salary limitations on day one.
