After a phone interview, I never heard back. I tried contacting the HR chair and president multiple times via email and phone calls. It was very unprofessional, and they didn't seem to know much about the job responsibilities.

I had a screening with an HR rep, and then an on-site group panel that was the final round. I was ushered to various rooms to meet various staff in different departments. They were very friendly. After the final round, it took a month and a half to get a response.

I applied online and heard back in about a month to set up an in-person interview. Getting to their office by public transport is really hard. When I got there on time, after a lot of confusion, it turned out the HR person I was supposed to meet wasn't even in the office that day, and nobody else there could or would interview me instead. I was pretty mad. They rescheduled that interview, and then there was a second interview with the membership department staff that involved a group interview, which went fine.

It was pretty easy, but definitely not organized and the info wasn't presented well. The HR person didn't seem to know what they were doing. They also gave me someone else's personal information by mistake. On top of that, I was told some of the questions in advance, which I probably shouldn't have been.
