The interview process had two interviews. You need to make sure you show a good grasp of policy and have a history of success. The interviewers are pretty chill, and you need to show a track record of success. They want to see your passion and networking abilities. You should be very well-prepared for this job.

I met with the Intern coordinator, director of visitors service, and site manager. It was a very laid back interview, and the people were very passionate about their work. For most of the interview, the Director of Visitors service spoke about the history of the park and how it became a federal institution.
