I went through 3 rounds of interviews. My final interview was botched by my recruiter, who sent out the wrong timezone, and the senior manager held that against me when we had to reschedule. It took forever to reply to my follow-up, and they sent a generic rejection letter.

I went through three rounds of interviews, and felt rushed to finish the third one. The first two interviews were pretty standard and went well. The person I spoke with for the third interview seemed to understand the role but wasn't the main stakeholder or my potential manager. Instead of asking typical interview questions, they commented that my resume seemed too remote-focused and stated they were more interested in 'company culture' than 'normal work questions,' giving me little opportunity to speak. I attempted to ask about their book club and other activities, but got minimal responses. Then, they offered unsolicited advice on finding jobs elsewhere in the area before ending the call. A week later, I was informed I wouldn't be moving forward, with the recruiter saying they had 'no feedback on why.' It felt a bit disrespectful and dismissive.

It began with a 20 min chat with the recruiter. A few days later, I spoke with the hiring manager on the phone. Then, they set up an on-site interview for me in a couple of weeks. The on-site involved about 4-5 interviews, each lasting 45 minutes, with various people from the company. Everyone I met was really nice, polite, and professional.
