The process was really smooth and the interviewers were nice. I applied online and then had to do a HireView interview where I recorded myself answering questions. After that, I got an email for a zoom interview with some NLG employees. About a week later, I got a phone call with an offer.

I was invited to do a video screening with pre-recorded questions. Then I was invited to do a video interview with the hiring managers. After the second interview, I waited two weeks before I had to reach out to the recruiter only to find out that they went in another direction. I understand things take time, but I saw a LinkedIn post the night before the interview that someone had secured the same internship.
