The interview process was really good. First, there was a quick phone chat, and then a virtual meeting on Zoom with three people from the company. The whole thing moved fast and was easy to follow. The interviewers were upfront about the job and easy to talk to.

The management seemed very nice and honest, focusing more on sharing their own experiences than evaluating mine. They gave me a deep dive into who they were and what they expected. Now that I don't have the job, the description and explanation of the work feels a bit misleading. They didn't give a super accurate picture of the day-to-day tasks. Overall, the interview was pretty easy but took a long time. I had to talk to four different people. Despite all that, I was surprised to see how unqualified and ineffective some people are in their roles.

I got contacted about 6 weeks after applying, which felt pretty long compared to other companies. It was weird because the job posting was gone, even though they said it would stay up. Then the recruiter had to reschedule our phone chat after we already picked a time. During the phone interview, the recruiter and another person from the department seemed rushed and a bit disorganized. The questions were pretty standard, but I'm not sure I'll move forward because the whole experience was a bit off.
