I talked to a recruiter at a career fair and then they contacted me for an interview. It was a one hour interview with no dress code. It was half behavioral and half technical. The behavioral questions were like 'what would you do if X' and there weren't really any wrong answers. The technical questions were in C++ and involved writing a class definition for a binary tree. They also asked about debugging, so know the basics of gdb and valgrind.

I gave my resume to a NI recruiter at my school's career fair and they called me back the very next day to schedule a 1-on-1 interview for the following morning. The interview included behavioral questions like 'tell me about a time things didn't go well', 'tell me about a time you went above and beyond', and 'when have you been challenged?'. The technical part involved some card-related tasks like shuffling and drawing. There were significant delays in hearing back about a job offer, taking a month and a half instead of the promised two weeks, requiring multiple follow-up emails.
