I found this sales role on Monster and they called me to set up an interview for a position that wasn't commission-based (yeah right). I decided to go in for the experience, and I had a presentation ready on my computer. I filled out a paper asking about my goals, experience, and what I look for in a job. It was only about 4-5 questions asked and took about an hour total. Nothing unexpected.

So, the interview process has three parts. First, you have a one-on-one chat with a manager where you just talk about yourself. Then, there's a group session with other candidates where a senior person talks about the company's background, its mission, and stuff like that.
