Financial Advisor

Very Easy, asked general questions. Be prepared to talk about your resume and strengths. After that they went on to talk about the position and what you would be doing.

Software Developer
It was a 45-minute session focused on discussing your resume and getting to know you. They wanted to make sure they understood what you put on your resume and gave you a chance to mention anything you might have missed. It's a good idea to talk about any passion projects you have, as they're looking for people who are genuinely enthusiastic about software development.

It was a casual chat, but with some structure. We did a video call where a few people asked me questions. Overall, the interview was pretty relaxed and engaging. I felt like I had a good amount of time to answer things without being cut off or going off track.
