Project Manager
I spoke with two interviewers: one was a senior manager, and the other was a junior person from a different department. It was a very efficient interview, and I got lots of chances to ask them questions and learn from their experiences. I also knew how to prep for this one, so it was a good interview overall.

Project Manager
The interview for this Project Manager role in Leeds involved a few stages. First, there was a 10-minute presentation to prepare beforehand on 'Managing multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively in the delivery of a project'. It was a bit confusing because they initially said it was about Stakeholder Engagement, but the actual topic was Stakeholder Management. Then, I had a panel interview with three people. The main issue was not getting any feedback or outcome afterwards. I emailed HR multiple times, but they didn't respond. I even contacted someone on the panel, and they said HR had the feedback, but still nothing. It's a frustrating experience, and I'd advise others to be cautious, especially since my previous experience with this organization, particularly HR, was much better. They seem hesitant to even make a phone call.

Project Manager
I applied online through the Highways England website. I had an interview in Guildford where I met with two different roles. The interview covered topics like project management, stakeholders, general questions, collaboration, management, and past experience and skills that are applicable to this role. The hiring managers for the roles I interviewed for were not going to be part of my direct team.

- Can you discuss your project management experience?
- Could you elaborate on your stakeholder management experience?
