The interview process here was straightforward and positive. The supervisors maintain good communication with their staff. I was willing to travel a long distance to work at this facility because I genuinely enjoy it. I appreciate their flexibility with new nurses joining the team.

I got there a bit early and ended up getting interviewed by the floor manager last minute because the person I was supposed to meet was in a meeting. It was pretty fast, she asked some general questions, a few of which felt kind of random and not really related to the job. It could have been set up better. After that, they just gave me a tour of the place.

They were very friendly and took time to explain expectations. They showed me around the facility and allowed me to talk to any personnel I wanted. They mentioned raises based on work record, resident response, and teamwork, and that meetings are held once a month one-on-one with the Administrator to discuss problems and offer suggestions.
