HR called me a couple of weeks after I applied. They set up the interview, and it was pretty straightforward. I was at the facility for about an hour. Overall, it was a good experience.

Social Work Intern
I interviewed with the Director of Social Work. The interview lasted about an hour. She went over my resume and asked me about my experience, which I didn't have at the time as this was my first social work intern role. She told me about how the agency operates and its strong emphasis on handling paperwork, client notes, and so on.
