Applied online and got an invite to do an assessment online, which had to be done within 7 days of receiving the email. The assessment included a mix of games, numerical, and shape-based questions. It's a bit strange given that a minimum 2:2 Bachelors is required to even apply. Then, there were six questions where I had to record myself answering. It felt dystopian and alien. The questions weren't really about the role or past experiences showing capability.

If you get an interview, the process is pretty simple. You'll get an email asking for your availability and offering some open slots for the interview, then an MS Teams invite for whichever slot you pick. The interview itself is also straightforward. Expect a lot of standard questions about your past experience, and how you'd handle specific problems. The exact experience can differ depending on the team that's hiring.

I got an email to schedule an interview, and then I received a meeting invite. The communication throughout the recruitment process was really bad. After I put in the effort to prepare and interview, I heard nothing for weeks. Then, I got an automated rejection email that offered the option to ask for feedback. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received any feedback. I'm not planning to reapply soon because I feel bitter about how I was treated. I've faced rejections before, but rarely after an interview, and the communication after was never this poor.
