First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at National Grid.
Regulation Manager
It was a two-stage interview process, but I only completed the first stage. I was really disappointed not to get any feedback after reaching out to the recruiter and hiring manager. This has happened before with this company, which is disappointing given their value of doing the right thing.
- Could you provide a concise summary of an Ofgem decision?
Manager
I had my first interview with National Grid, and it went pretty well; it was professional. The interviewers were nice and asked me some technical questions. It was about thirty minutes long with two people interviewing me. HR was quick to respond to my messages.
- What makes you want this position
Management Trainee
The whole process took a few months because there were so many applicants, but it was pretty easy. It began with a quick phone call. After that, we had a group meeting on Zoom with multiple parts.
- Can you tell me about your experience in a supervisory or management role?
