It was a panel review with behavioral questions. They asked situational questions about real-world problems and how I solved them. There were also questions specific to the job. It was a pretty straightforward interview.

went through an online application. then there were online assessments that were timed, which included decision making, maths, and psychometric tests. after that there was an assessment centre which had a maths test under exam conditions, a formal interview with a group of engineers, a project exam where we were given a project to read and plan, then present our solution, including costing and planning. we also had a team working practical assessment.

I applied through Glassdoor and then the recruitment partner reached out about setting up a call. It was a very quick 2-minute call with two of the managers. They explained that the job required travel to Warwick during COVID-19 and that there was no remote work option. Because of this, I decided to decline the offer.
