I applied online back in June and HR reached out in July to set up an interview. The interview itself was in mid-July and it was one panel round with the hiring manager and some engineers. We mostly talked about my background, my technical experience, and project work, and also some behavioral stuff. It felt pretty professional and conversational, not too stiff. I heard back about the offer in mid-August. The background check stuff, like the drug test, wrapped up in early September, and I started in October. So yeah, it took about four months from applying to starting.

So, the first interview was online, and it had 7 questions you could retry, no real pressure. After answering them, there were 3 activities. First, a memory test with flashing letter/number sequences. Second, a pattern recognition test with basic shapes. Lastly, a task where you pick the picture that best represents you from pairs.
