Applied around Sept/Oct and heard back for a phone screen in December. It was with a recruiter and mostly behavioral questions, touching on my experience and any technical knowledge I possess, but not too deeply. A couple weeks after that, I got an email saying I was in the final round, which was virtual due to covid. This happened in mid-January. The first part was a 1-hour interview with two managers. They were pretty chill and not scary. Mostly behavioral questions, but you should definitely know your stuff about common BI terms and basic topics.

First, there was an HR phone interview. About 3 weeks later, I received an email with a link to an online test that covered verbal, math, and problem-solving. It was quite challenging, kind of like the GMAT, and involved practice tests and 3 actual tests that took about 3-4 hours to complete. I apparently passed, because about a week after that, I was called in for an on-site interview. I interviewed with the manager and a team member. They seemed to be looking for someone with a solid finance background, which I didn't really have. I never heard back from anyone after that.
