I applied for a sales manager job and the company reached out. I had a Zoom interview with the owner for that role. He then suggested an in-person meeting. After not hearing back for a few days, I followed up with HR. I eventually got a response and interviewed with another Sales manager. It turned out this manager thought I was interviewing for a regular sales position. Then they told me I'd have to work as a salesman first before they'd even consider me for sales manager. Definitely avoid this place, they do a bait and switch.

I had an interview where I met a nice lady named Malinda who seemed professional. However, the other interviewer was uneducated, which made me realize this wasn't the right place for me, so I declined the job. The CEO should consider having better-educated people represent the company, not someone who couldn't even introduce herself. The overall professionalism was surprising, and I wouldn't recommend interviewing here.
