Communications Manager
HR reached out for a 30-min Zoom chat. It was a standard HR screener focusing on my salary expectations, my interest in the role, and they gave me limited info about the job. Unlike other HR folks I've met, this one was good at avoiding too many personality questions like 'tell me about a tough time at work...'. After that, I interviewed with the hiring managers and the team. The interview felt good and conversational, letting me ask questions throughout. The team asked me questions and I asked them questions too. At the end, a hiring manager promised I'd hear back either way because they know how frustrating it is to be left in the dark. A week passed with no word. I followed up with a hiring manager, still no response. I then contacted the HR person, and she let me know they had moved on. The next day, I received the official email confirming the same. So, I was basically ghosted, despite their emphasis on not doing that.

Program Manager
The interview was pretty chill but still professional. It had two parts. First was a phone call, and then the second part was a Skype/FaceTime chat with the director and a program partner. It was pretty much what I expected. Knowing a bit about the company beforehand would have been good, and doing your homework on them is key.
- Can you tell me about your personal values?
- In what ways do your values align with our organization's?
- How do your personal values match what this organization stands for?
Program Coordinator
I had a phone screen with HR where we talked about my past work, my project management skills, and why I want this job. Then, I went for an in-person interview. The same HR person talked to me again, and then I met with managers from the department I'm hoping to join. We discussed my career aspirations, asked me to sum myself up in one word, and went over my strengths. They also asked about my ideal work environment, like when I'm most productive, how I like to be managed, and how I prefer to be recognized. The whole vibe was really friendly and relaxed, just a nice conversation.
- The questions asked were pretty standard.
Executive
The panel interview was amazing and I was asked many questions in terms of marketing. I was pretty confident in getting cleared of the interview because I have given many interviews before. I was also excited to give the interview and the interview was very friendly.
