The job description for this role was a bit misleading about the actual position. The interview process itself went smoothly though, and I liked the hiring manager. It seems like the company might be misleading in general, and the day-to-day tasks are pretty different from what was stated in the job description. It's also not clear if the company's values truly match the actual work performed.

Behavioral Presentation

I was brought into the back room for the interview. Everyone was very calm and relaxed and nice. The man that interviewed me wasn't intimidating. He asked me some interview questions, looked at my portfolio, and then answered some of my questions. I got an email a few days later with a job offer. There is not really a dress code there so the employees are all dressed very casually.

Applied on Indeed. Took about four months to hear anything. Then requested to do 3 separate Indeed Skills Tests. Passed them all. Then contacted by an intern months later to see if I was still interested. I wrote back yes. Then contacted by external recruiter and had to pass that interview. Finally interviewed with five people including hiring manager. Rejected within 3 days post interview and never given any feedback although I requested it after that much investment on my part.

The interview process went very smoothly. We first did a phone interview because I was living in my college city at time. They told me what the intern would do and if I had the corresponding skill set. Later, they set up an in person interview with me when I was done with the semester and I completed a short assessment.
