I went through three rounds with the company. The first was a skills-based assessment, the second was an interview with the direct supervisor, and the third was a panel interview with three people the role would closely collaborate with. Everything was positive during the first two stages. However, during the final round, I noticed their body language indicated they weren't engaged with what I was saying. I anticipated a rejection email, and when it arrived, I requested feedback. I received no response, not even an acknowledgment of the time constraint, which I felt would have been a respectful gesture given the time invested in the process. Instead, I was met with silence.
