Applied on Tuesday morning and got an email that same afternoon. Had the interview on Friday afternoon. The interviewer was really laid-back and personable, making it easy to chat. The questions were pretty straightforward. Got a pending offer on Tuesday, still waiting for salary details in the next email. I also have a training date set.

I submitted my resume to the recruiter and got a call from the site director within 1-2 days. We scheduled the interview for the next week. It was a group interview with two other candidates and two supervisors. Two to three weeks later, I was informed I had a second interview with a school, which was a panel interview.

We had a group interview with other people applying for the same job. We all had to try to answer questions while others were answering too. If someone else said what you were thinking, you had to be quick and come up with something else. Then there was a callback interview with a panel of supervisors.
