The interview process felt pretty disorganized. It took over 30 days just to get from applying to hearing back. I had a phone screen that went fine, but then it went silent unless I reached out. The second interview was scheduled more than 30 days later, and they even had to cancel and reschedule that one. It went well though, and they said I was moving on. Then, more silence. Eventually, I got a generic rejection email saying they decided not to move forward with my application. This whole thing took over 60 days, multiple follow-ups, and still no feedback, just a form letter.

HR reached out for a 90-minute phone screen with three execs. The timing HR stated in the email wasn't accurate, but I adapted when they called at a different time. When I requested email addresses for thank you notes, HR provided incorrect ones for the interviewers. After I pointed out the issue, he defended the phony emails. Weeks later, when I followed up on my application status, the HR rep was unresponsive until my third call. He then stated he was no longer involved in the hiring and wouldn't address my questions. This organization seems very unprofessional, and I'd avoid it.

I applied online and about a month later they asked me for a phone interview. It was 30 minutes. Then, about 1 week later, I heard back about an in-person interview. It was a panel interview about 2 weeks after that. The interviewers were nice and told me a lot about the role and what they expect. The last part was an online test and I had to send in writing samples.

Behavioral Presentation

I was contacted in May and had a phone interview. Then they requested a writing sample. After that, there was a panel interview and then an in-person interview with their head of communications. I never heard back. It was very unprofessional after 3 in-person interviews to not get a response (good or bad), and they ignored my requests for a status update.
