The interview process had several stages and was very well organized. Nothing too surprising, but make sure you come with questions and understand what NCSL does. All of my interviews were via zoom. My interviews included people from other departments, which I appreciated.

I filled out a quick questionnaire online and then got invited to an interview within a week. After that, I had a second interview. I was one of the last two people considered, but the second interview felt a bit like a repeat of the first. I also had doubts about taking the job due to the low salary.
