We met in a group session at the school. A lot of people showed up and everyone had to stand up and talk about themselves. It was a process of elimination. After the Regional Director spoke for about 5 minutes about the job and pay, she gave us a 5-minute break and told us that if it wasn't a fit for us, we could leave then.

It was a group interview setup where everyone was in the same room. Each person had to 'sell themselves.' Some people left before they even got a chance to speak. You need presentation experience and shouldn't be shy! It was really interesting and a good way to practice your interview skills.
