The recruiter was really on top of things, quick to respond and gave a clear rundown of what to expect. The interviews with the management team felt pretty standard, though. They were vague about the challenges of the job, how the PNC acquisition would affect things, and how the duties are split up. I did some digging after and found out the job duties were pretty different from what I was told initially, which felt like I was being misled. I enjoyed most of the people I talked to, but I'm not sure they're great leaders.

Got the interview by applying through my college's website, and then had a phone interivew followed by a weekend long interview process. The phone interivew was a typical behavioral interview, so definitely good to be prepared beforehand. The actual in person interviews were conducted over a weekend, with a group of people. The first night consisted of a cocktail party, and then the formal interviews the following day. Expect to interview with at least 3 hiring managers throughout the process.

I started by completing an online survey that asked about my previous work experience, if I knew anyone working there, and if I had any past fraud-related charges. After that, I had a one-on-one interview where I was asked HR-type questions and to share examples of times I was successful. It felt like an easy interview and I was pretty sure I'd get the job.

A recruiter first called me and went over the basic job details and salary expectations. After that, I met two managers individually. They described the job requirements, which turned out to be quite different from reality due to instructions from upper management.
