The interviewers were prepared with their questions and follow-ups, clearly knowing what they wanted. They seemed to really like the company and were focused on finding the right fit for the role.

Scheduling the interviews was straightforward and accommodating. I had one virtual interview and one in-person interview. I appreciated gaining insights into the role and found the questions I was asked to be appropriate and pertinent to the job.

When I first got there, I wasn't impressed with how professional things seemed. The staff were dressed casually on all three occasions I visited, and the waiting area furniture was worn out. The interviews themselves were quite easy, with typical interview questions. The interviewers were really friendly and seemed enthusiastic. They were very persistent with follow-up calls and emails, which felt like a positive sign. But, after a fourth interview, the head of HR told me when they'd make a decision and that I'd hear back either way. I never got a response, and my attempts to follow up were consistently ignored. After four interviews, I would have expected at least a rejection email or some basic courtesy, especially after going through one phone interview and three in-person interviews.

After you apply, expect a bit of a wait so you gotta be patient and keep showing interest. First up is a phone call to chat about you, your background, and why you want this job. It's pretty chill and depends on the manager. Then you'll take a computer test, which is basic stuff like Word and Excel. After that, you'll interview at the actual site with the location director. My interview was super relaxed and informative, not like a typical one. There's another wait after this interview, could be a few weeks to hear back and get an offer. If you get an offer, there's a wait for the drug test results. The whole thing from applying to getting hired takes about a month and a half, plus another month from initial interest to sending your resume. It's a long haul but worth it. There's also a half-day training, which was totally useless for my site. Dress business casual for the site interview.
