I had one interview with the program director at the Bethesda location. It went well and I got told they could use me for a new position. I then interviewed another director and it went well. I was told I would have a third one but I emailed asking when because I had a job offer. They never answered me back and that whole process took a month. it felt as they led me on and I never got an update. They wasted my time and I think they need to change their hiring process.

The interview process was straightforward. We had an initial interview and then a group interview. I felt completely comfortable. The women who interviewed me were kind, listened to me, and were personable. The group interview seemed intimidating but turned out to be awesome. The director was awesome!
