So the first time I was contacted, they had me do a test. Then I was invited back for a proper interview where I met with two interviewers who were nice. They gave me another captioning test during that interview.

I had a one-hour interview where I was asked a lot of questions. It felt like I didn't get to give very long answers before we moved on. The interviewer also told me all about NCI and went over the salary and schedule. I also did some online assessments they sent before.

Took some online typing, proofreading, and focus tests first, which took about 15-20 mins total. About a week later, I had an Echo test. They gave us two practice rounds, then the real test. The practice echo test was way easier than the actual one, and it felt like the passing score was super high.

Behavioral Technical Case

I had two interviews on separate days, both with my potential direct managers. The first was with the person more junior to the director, and the second was with the department director. It was good because I met the people I'd work with closely. They asked relevant questions about the job and the skills needed. In the first interview, I also took a well-designed skills test where I had to write marketing correspondence. I was given a client and service scenario and asked to write an initial email to the client introducing the company and our services.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me about your marketing experience?
