Administrative Assistant
They did a quick phone screen first, then a video interview, and finally a face-to-face interview. They were fast with getting back to me after each interview, usually within a day or two.

The interview process was smooth and easy. They started with a video call with the VP, Pat. For the second interview, they invited me in for an orientation to show me the company culture, and they were very upfront and honest about the job.
- Are you willing to do whatever it takes to persevere and make it happen?

The process was short and to the point. Pat interviewed me, and he's a very direct person. He told me upfront: 1) there's no room for dead weight, 2) this isn't a typical 9-5, and 3) hard work can lead to earning $200K+ annually. So far, everything he said has been true.
- What are your thoughts on working independently and owning your outcomes?

The interview process was pretty standard, though they did ask some unusual questions that I haven't encountered before in professional settings, like 'if you were an animal, what animal would you be?' I'm not sure how they evaluated my experience based on that. What was also really bad was their lack of communication – I never got any updates on my application status. Even after a month following my interview, I didn't hear back. I had to chase them myself multiple times. I found that to be incredibly unprofessional. I now work for a huge company with over 10,000 employees, and we still manage to find the time and show the consideration to reply to all candidates, especially those who went through an onsite interview!
