You start with a phone call. Then there's an onsite interview which involves whiteboard exercises with syntax trivia. A team lead will then ask about your team skills and other non-technical aspects. WARNING: This company really emphasizes teamwork, more than any place I've seen. Scrum is deeply integrated into their culture. They have a bullpen setup where 3 teams share space at low desks facing managers in glass offices. They use 2-week sprints. The IT manager mentioned they'd remove people who threaten the team dynamic. Make sure you want this type of environment before continuing. Technical skills are secondary to being a team player.

I went into the office and waited about an hour past my meeting time. HR finally came out to get me and took me to a small room. After another 20 minutes, HR returned with three computer tests. After completing them, I had to wait another 15 minutes. She asked a few questions and left. I was getting ready to leave after 30 minutes when two people from upper management came in. About 3 hours later, they started the interview. During the interview, they told me they'd know if my resume was a lie within a month.

During the interview, they asked me some main questions like where I see myself in 3 years, my strengths and weaknesses, and about challenges I've faced. The supervisor also asked what I knew about the company, and I basically just repeated what I'd read. The supervisor then accused me of not doing any research. I stood my ground though, and they seemed to soften up for the rest of the interview. I got the job offer the next week.

It was pretty intimidating. One manager was really nice and knew her stuff, but the other one wouldn't give me the time of day. The room was small and hot. The nicer manager definitely made the interview go more smoothly.
