Intern
I applied through the I work program. Had an initial call with HR. Then took some math and English tests. I waited for a while, about 2-3 months, and then they called me for an interview with the department I was interested in. They made me an offer and I accepted.

Project Manager
The interview process had 3 stages, starting with an online test and then live interviews. It was an easy process overall, but it took a while to get the official written offer. Everyone from business and HR was friendly and helpful.
- Can you describe your overall experience from your past positions?
Product Specialist
We started with a screening call where the recruiter was super friendly. They kicked things off by asking me to share my professional background, detailing my responsibilities and how they align with the Product Specialist position. Following that, they inquired about my motivation for applying, and I discussed my interest in banking products and the growth potential within a major institution like the National Bank.
- Tell me about your background.
- What about this role sparks your interest?
Corporate Banking Analyst
First, I had to take an IQ test that was divided into 8 parts. It covered numerical, verbal, and logical reasoning. After the IQ test results were out, I had to complete a psychometric exam. This exam had really standard questions about things like my strengths and weaknesses. The last step was an interview with the manager of the department.
