The whole hiring thing took about 3 months, which was kinda a sign. The recruiter on the phone sounded like a robot and you could hear people in the background. After the phone call, I met with the hiring manager face-to-face, then had a panel interview. Sometimes they call you back for more questions or another interview with other managers. I had 1 phone interview and 3 in-person ones before they offered me the job.

Behavioral

Applied online, then had a phone interview, and a final in-person round. The interviews were really bad and impersonal. Both the phone and in-person interviews just stuck to basic HR behavioral questions. Nobody seemed interested in actually talking. Just those 'Tell me about a time...' questions. The office itself looked really run down and uninspiring. The cubicles and carpet seemed like they were from a 70s used car dealership. The cubicles were old and dirty, the carpet was stained, and the building had a strong moldy smell.

Behavioral Technical

It's pretty straightforward, they start with the usual 'tell me about yourself' and 'why do you want to work here' type questions. After that, it turns into more of a conversation. You should have your own questions ready and be prepared to talk about the role in a conversational way.
