I talked with the CFO, and it was a good chat. She asked some normal questions that made sense for the role. The meeting lasted about 45 minutes with good back and forth. Scheduling was a bit slow, maybe because of the holidays. Her assistant didn't follow up well, and then I just never heard back.

I applied online, and about two weeks later, I got an email to set up a phone interview. That call happened a week after the email. The following week, they invited me for an in-person interview, which was set for two weeks after that. A few days after scheduling the in-person, I had to complete a personality test. About a week after the interview, I got an email saying I didn't get the job. So, it took about 6 weeks from when I first applied until I heard back.

Behavioral Group Presentation

I applied online and got sent a questionnaire to complete. After that, I was invited to an interview at the aquarium. It was with 4 employees and a group of other candidates. We had to answer questions as a group and individually. We also had to do an educational skit and complete another written questionnaire. The whole thing took about 2 hours. It felt like a lot for a job that pays under $12/hour.
