Got an interview scheduled by email. I went to the National Able Network, and the front desk staff seemed kinda lost. Then, the HR person asked me about my past jobs. After that, I was taken to someone else's office and basically answered the same questions from a paper she had.

My interview experience for this role was quite fast, as it was several years ago. I interviewed with two managers and received a job offer within a week. The hiring process has changed a lot in the past 5 years, though. The agency now plans to have new hires take basic skills and assessment tests, like ProveIt. Interviews may be conducted face-to-face or by phone by multiple managers for those outside the local area.
