The interview process was long and dragged out over several days. It felt like they didn't really acknowledge my skills or how the company actually works. But, by paying attention, I figured out they attract a lot of applicants with promises of really high salaries and cool-sounding job titles like "Marketing Intern" and "Management Training."

Behavioral Technical

I heard from HR and set up an interview for the next day. I got to the office early but still had to wait a bit before going in. The interviewer spoke really fast and was hard to understand, I had to ask him to slow down a few times. He mentioned this was the first of three interview steps and I scheduled the second step after the interview. But, after checking Glassdoor, I decided not to proceed. I left the interview not knowing much more about the job than when I started. I barely remembered applying for the job online.

I applied for the position online. Then I was called for a 1st interview, I was a little nervous. When I came for the 2nd round interview the person who interviewed me was very professional and friendly and then he explained everything in detail. I saw that everyone there is very young and professional so I'm excited to work in a company where growth is encouraged.
