First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nation Safe Drivers.
Project Manager
The interview process was conducted via Teams, which made it quite convenient. Initially, I had an interview with a colleague who was very pleasant. However, the subsequent interview with an executive was a very negative experience, as they were quite rude to me.

Dispatcher
It was a group interview, which I haven’t done before, but it helped everyone feel comfortable to show their best. Interviewing with a lot of people can put pressure on you, but overall it was a good experience.
- Why would you be a valuable addition to the company?
Account Manager
This was an internal transfer, and it was pretty relaxed. They mostly just asked typical questions and reviewed my past performance. After they offered me the job, I was a bit disappointed that my pay didn't increase as much as I'd hoped, and there wasn't any training or clear direction set up.
- Tell me about your typical internal transfer experience.
- Can you describe your past performance reviews?
- What questions do you have about the typical internal transfer process?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was smooth and informative. I was asked many questions that I could answer. The employees seemed very knowledgeable about the company. I didn't have to wait long before HR took me to meet the hiring manager. Overall, the process was easy and went smoothly!
