Behavioral Technical

I'm hesitant to recommend interviewing here. The process was unclear even when I asked questions. I spoke with the recruiter, the hiring manager, and a panel of five people. The interviews were mostly behavioral, with no technical questions. Feedback seemed positive, and I liked the team. I sent a thank-you email but didn't get a response. After following up, I got an automatic rejection. When I asked for feedback, they said they liked me but only for a lower role (which isn't currently open) and suggested I reapply. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and a bit performative because they didn't ask meaningful questions. I'm not sure what would change if I tried again, but they were nice (just a bit time-wasty).

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite confusing from the start. Although the first interview laid out the process clearly, the actual timeline and subsequent interviews didn't follow suit. The people were very smart, but some interviewers had a bad attitude and asked a lot of questions without going deep into any quality or background details. Some interviewers were late, unprepared, and many seemed unaware of the interview's context (like which round it was, who they'd already spoken to, or they just asked basic questions). A few interviewers even seemed to be trying to discourage me from joining by how they talked about the company culture. After 4 hours of interviews, I got a generic rejection email. This might be standard, but considering the time I put in, it left a bad impression.

Behavioral Other

We started with an initial chat with HR. Then, there were several behavioral interviews with technical product management leads (including the hiring manager) from different business units. These interviews focused on different products and teams. Finally, I had a conversation with the hiring manager to ensure I would be a good fit for the team.
