Senior BDE
It was a 3 round interview process with ASM, ZSM, and NSM rounds. They stressed the need for thorough scientific knowledge and good communication. We discussed body systems, the cardiovascular system, and classifications of anti-hypertensive and anti-diabetic drugs.

the process was pretty straightforward, it started with an HR round over the phone, then there was an aptitude and subject test, followed by a technical round. the HR round was mainly behavioral, with no questions about technical subjects. the aptitude and subject test served as a preliminary screening, and only those who passed moved on to the technical round. the technical round involved asking basic questions related to the subject.

Project Manager
The interview process includes resume shortlisting, in-person interviews with the department head, and then an HR round. Interviews were easy and the questions asked were easy too. The interview duration is half an hour.
