Following that, a second interview was conducted with the immediate staff colleagues who I would be working with daily. The entire process was managed well and completed in a timely manner, which is especially notable within the context of a civil service system.

After that, openings are advertised via 'canvassing letters' sent to eligible candidates. I had 2 interviews: one was one-on-one and the other was a panel interview.
