Marketing
The whole process dragged on for more than 4 months, which felt way too long and like they didn't care. I had to chase them for replies a bunch of times, and it took ages to hear back.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Marketing Intern
This interview was pretty chill, mostly a get-to-know-you kind of thing. They asked about the upcoming schedule and how I found out about the job, plus any prior experience I had in music or entertainment.
- Can you name your three favorite artists?
Director, Business Strategy & Analytics
The interview process was very professional. Initially, I spoke with the Director of Recruitment, who shared insights about life in Nashville and general company details. Following that, I had an extensive meeting with the hiring manager to discuss philosophy, skills, and past experiences. This felt like a great opportunity to present my career story comprehensively. The subsequent steps involved meeting with the CRO, CFO, and the heads of Ticket Sales and Marketing. Each of these meetings lasted between 30 minutes and an hour, serving as further evaluations of my candidacy. The hiring manager ultimately made the decision about a month after the entire process concluded.
- How comfortable are you with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM?
Marketing Specialist
It was a smooth and easy process. I talked to two people who were super chatty and welcoming. They wanted to know about my background, like my skating and coaching experience. They were really helpful when I had questions. They were very clear about what they expected. It was a quick chat, but I learned a lot.
- Can you tell me about a strength you have and how you maintain it?
- Could you share a weakness and what you're doing to address it?
