The interview process had 2 rounds: a screening and an interview with the Hiring Manager. My HM was very personable, so I spent the whole interview time talking to him and bonding about my love for the industry.

Had a phone screening with HR. It was pretty generic, mostly biographical and behavioral questions. They looked at my CV and asked about my programming skills, what languages I knew, and if I had any projects. They asked about teamwork and challenges. No actual technical questions were asked. It was super casual, almost unprofessional. I never heard back after the interview, no communication at all. Bad experience.

I sent in my application for the internship program pretty soon after the job was posted back in February. I ended up having to wait a few months for a response, as the program itself didn't kick off until June. The whole process was quite straightforward. First, I had a 30-minute phone chat with someone from HR. They asked me questions all about what was on my resume. About a week after that, I went to their office for an hour-long interview with the person who would be my manager if I got the job. The first half of this interview was again mostly focused on my resume and some technical stuff. The second half included questions that seemed to come from HR, like asking for an example of when I disagreed with a teammate or how I handle a teammate who isn't performing well, so it was mostly about my collaboration, communication, and other soft skills.
