Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

Three rounds of interviews: First was with the hiring manager and some fellow BAs. Second was with a lead BA. Third was with the hiring manager's manager. Overall, it was a good experience. They presented me with different scenarios and asked me to explain my thought process for resolving them, as well as some Fermi estimation questions. The interview with the hiring manager's manager was less about the specific role and more about the department's overall value and future objectives.

Applied with my resume and CV, had one screening interview, then a 1-hour back-to-back interview with 2 industry specialists. They asked questions about finance and some behavior stuff. They got back to me within a week after the first interview but ghosted me after the second round.
