For non-AxiomSL candidates, the first round is a written assessment with finance questions, and for AxiomSL folks, it's about the tool, its features, and specific solutions/products. Then there's a Hiring Manager round where 3 to 4 managers will be present, followed by a Supervisory Manager Round.

Nasdaq HR reached out on LinkedIn about a role in a growing team. The process was smooth, thanks to HR Bruce. It started with an HR call to check fit, review my resume, and discuss expectations. Then, there was a preliminary call with the hiring manager where I faced basic technical (coding) and behavioral questions. After that, HR let me know I was moving to the on-site stage. I had to do a coding project with a presentation, and they gave me a week to finish it, which was enough time even with my full-time job. The on-site was half a day, with the hiring manager, peers, and HR. The hiring manager interview included the presentation and a code review. I got the final decision about 2.5 weeks later, mainly due to the holidays. HR kept me updated that it would take time because of Xmas and New Year. I enjoyed the interviews because they felt like conversations, not just assessments. They helped me understand the role better and if I'd be a good fit. Everyone there is smart but not overly competitive. Even after joining, my colleagues are genuinely dedicated to the company's mission and want the best for the team, which was a big factor in my decision. The job also offered good growth potential and competitive benefits.
