It was a really quick interview, the interviewer was nice but didn't explain much, I'm not really sure what the company is looking for. They seem to need someone urgently. Their TikTok also doesn't have much content. It was basically just an interview to introduce myself.

It was a good interview process, and it has four filters! Firstly, you meet a person from HR, who will send you an assessment. Then, you pass to an interview with the Admin/Manager and finish the process with the Casting Manager. They will ask you about your background, interests, etc. It's pretty average and simple.

The interview process was frustrating. HR and hiring managers should not be ghosting candidates, especially now. I had a quick 15-minute interview with HR, and then another with an employee. The employee asked questions that didn't seem relevant, almost like they were looking for reasons to reject me. I followed up because they said they'd get back to me within a week, but I never heard anything back.

The interviews themselves were easy and straightforward. First interview with HR felt rushed and was only 15 minutes long though they seemed pretty nice. Moved onto next round where I met with 2 people on the team which was more to test the cultural fit. Then given an assignment to complete and present in person to the director of the department. Went to the in-person interview, felt like I was getting along really well with the director and received positive feedback on my assignment. At the end of the interview they even ended up asking for the co-founder to come in and meet me as well. I spoke with him for a couple minutes being asked basic questions about my background. He wasn't rude but had a cold demeanor compared to everyone else that I had spoken to prior. I asked when I could anticipate hearing back from them about a decision, the co-founder said it shouldn't be more than a couple of days and that they work pretty fast with these things. Sent my thank you email after the interview, followed up a week later and was told they were still in the interview process which didn't make sense to me because they told me themself they're "always hiring" so why would I need to wait for a process that is "continual" to end AND up until then everything was moving relatively quickly. 2 weeks later I followed up and was told the same thing - they're still in the interview process and will get back to me when it's done. I thanked them for their update and then never heard from them again. This whole ordeal wasted almost 2 months of my time. It's one thing to ghost after the first interview - but to have a candidate go through the FULL ROUND including doing an assignment and the person even REACHED OUT to you to make it even easier, I find it incredibly rude that they couldn't even have the courtesy to let me know I didn't get the job. Even a generic copy and paste response would've sufficed. On top of that what was the point of lying and blaming that you're just still in the interview process? My experience has nothing to do with not getting the position but simply the principle of how they treat people. I put in equally, if not more time preparing for all these interviews and that clearly didn't matter to them. In hindsight after reading all these reviews and seeing the the drastic difference between them (they're either horrible or absolutely amazing) I think something doesn't add up and I dodged a bullet.
